AP Business with Personal Finance Teacher - Part-time Remote

We're looking for capable instructors with for teaching students at AP level (Advanced Placement). The position involves creating materials and delivering engaging remote live lessons. The successful candidate should be capable of teaching children and designing lessons and assessment. We require 2.5 - 6 teaching hours commitment per week to begin with. Classes are conducted live in the evenings. We'll extend the hours based on demand.

The successful candidate

- Has a strong background in their field




- Is able to offer lessons online
- Loves teaching!

Experience with AP courses is an asset.

Job Types: Part-time

Responsibilities

- Provide online sessions to students preparing for standardized tests
- Develop customized study plans based on students' strengths and weaknesses
- Assist students in understanding complex concepts in various subjects
- Mentor and motivate students to reach their full potential
- Conduct practice tests and review results with students to track progress
- Offer guidance on test-taking strategies and time management skills

Experience

- Strong background in AP or IB
- Proficiency in the subjects (minimum a Bachelor’s degree)
- Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds and learning styles
- Ability to develop engaging lessons tailored to individual student needs

Education

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Language

- English (required)
