- Ensure the club meets cleanliness standards daily
- Assist members with inquiries and membership services
- Provide exceptional customer service interactions
- Report and resolve cleanliness or maintenance concerns
- Promote black card amenities effectively Requirements:
- High School diploma or in progress
- 1 year of teamwork or volunteer background
- Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
- WHMIS, First Aid, CPR-A & AED certifications
