To support this growth and optimize our manufacturing operations, Atlas Aéronautik is looking for a human resources, labor relations and OHS coordinator.

Tasks and responsibilities

- Support managers in their daily routine and complex management of situations related to labor relations and/or OHS (disciplinary measures, termination of employment, best practices to adopt, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with laws, policies and best HR practices to adopt.
- Establish a relationship of trust with managers and directors in order to become a trusted partner and thus propose solutions adapted to their realities.
- Implement and improve the OHS component - best practices, working methods and internal resource optimization.
- Manage OHS files in their entirety.

Training and experience

- University degree in industrial relations, human resources management or any other discipline relevant to the position;
- Training in law, labor relations, mediation (asset);
- Significant experience in supporting/coaching management personnel, in labor relations and project management;
- Experience in change management
- Valuable knowledge of laws and regulations
