At Avanti, we believe our clients' success is our success. We're evolving our Implementation Services function to be more strategic, more accountable, and more impactful—and we're looking for an Implementation Project Manager (12-month temporary position) who can help lead that shift.

Keeping projects on track is the foundation—but this role goes further. We're looking for an Implementation Project Manager who owns delivery end to end.

This role is for someone who can step into a complex implementation, quickly establish structure, and drive clarity, accountability, and momentum across every stakeholder. What You’ll Own:

- Project execution end-to-end, ensuring tasks, timelines, and deliverables stay on track
- Maintaining accurate, real-time project plans with clear owners, dates, and status
- Run structured, efficient meetings with clear agendas, decisions, and follow-ups
- Lead client conversations with clarity and confidence, ensuring expectations are understood and aligned
- Ask thoughtful, probing questions to uncover risks, gaps, and unclear requirements early
- Navigate difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders, including holding timelines, addressing delays, and managing scope changes
- Track progress daily and proactively communicate risks, delays, and changes
- Hold stakeholders accountable to commitments and timelines
- Identify early signs of risk and work with the team to address them before they escalate
- Manage scope changes and ensure impacts to timeline or budget are clearly communicated
- Provide clear, action-oriented status updates to clients and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth execution through all phases of implementation

What Success Looks Like

- Within 3 months: You're reliably tracking tasks and maintaining real-time project status, with risks and delays identified and communicated before they become problems.
- Within 6 months: You're independently managing full project plans and running structured meetings that drive clear decisions and follow-through.
- Within 12 months: You're consistently delivering projects with discipline and predictability—and stakeholders trust your visibility before you have to ask for it.

and identify and mitigate risks before they become issues.

You don’t wait for escalation. You anticipate what could go wrong, ask the right questions, and take action early to keep projects moving.

- Experience in SaaS or software implementations is an asset
