Embark on a rewarding journey as an Indigenous Family Wellness Advocate at Tupa’s Lodge, supporting mothers and children in life skills development. Create stability within a caring environment. As a support worker, you will play a critical role in fostering development through encouragement and accountability.

Your responsibilities will encompass daily support activities including meal preparation, housekeeping, and handling necessary documentation. Building respectful relationships with all participants is paramount. Key Responsibilities:

- Support mothers in individual wellness and life skills goals
- Prepare meals and assist with household operations
- Keep timely and accurate records of participant engagement
- Conduct wellness checks and manage safety procedures
- Facilitate community engagement and cultural programming Requirements:
- Grade 12 education required; post-secondary preferred
- Experience working with women and families is an asset
- Knowledge of trauma-informed practices necessary
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and secure driving record
- Completion of a satisfactory Criminal Record Check required Utilize your skills to enhance the lives of Indigenous families at Tupa’s Lodge.
