Oak Valley Health in Ontario is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to join the Medicine and Transitional Bed Unit. You will deliver comprehensive assessments, care planning, patient education and discharge planning in collaboration with the interprofessional team.

This role emphasizes activation, qualified practice, and patient-centered care, with 12-hour day and night shifts across weekdays, weekends, and statutory holidays. BLS and OC Nurses registration required.
