Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Java Full Stack Developer with 5–8 years of software development experience and solid hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, SQL, and frontend technologies. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable applications, integrating backend services, performing unit testing, and supporting CI/CD processes within an Agile development environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java backend applications and microservices.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and enterprise services.
- Build applications using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
- Perform SQL/database development, data integration, and query optimization.
- Contribute to full-stack development, including frontend application components.
- Integrate backend services with frontend applications and external systems.
- Write and maintain unit tests to ensure application quality and reliability.
- Participate in CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and application deployments.
- Troubleshoot application issues and support production fixes.
- Collaborate with developers, QA,



business analysts, and other cross-functional teams.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions.
- Follow enterprise coding, security, and development standards.

Required Skills
- 5–8 years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java.
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
- Experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
- Strong SQL/database development experience.
- Understanding of Full Stack development and frontend technologies.
- Experience with API integration and enterprise application integration.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks and practices.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in banking or financial services environments.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern DevOps tools.
- Experience working on projects involving Cognizant / TD Bank environments is a plus.
