Position Summary

Galaxie Brands is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Associate to support inventory accuracy, traceability, and reporting across the organization.

This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting inventory control activities across cannabis materials, work-in-progress (WIP), finished goods, packaging components, consumables, and operational supplies.

The Inventory

Associate works closely with Production, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Compliance, and Operations to ensure inventory transactions are recorded accurately, discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly, and inventory records remain reliable, traceable, and audit ready.

The position also supports CTLS and B300 inventory reporting activities in coordination with the Quality and Compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Control & Accuracy

- Maintain accurate inventory records for cannabis materials, work-in-progress (WIP), finished goods, packaging components, consumables, and operational supplies.
- Review inventory transactions to ensure activities are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
- Identify, investigate, and escalate inventory discrepancies as they arise.
- Work with Production and other departments to resolve inventory variances and improve inventory accuracy.




- Perform routine inventory reconciliations, cycle counts, and inventory verification activities.
- Monitor hold, quarantine, returned, and aged inventory to ensure timely review and disposition.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Compliance, and Operations teams to facilitate inventory disposition activities and ensure inventory records accurately reflect material status.
- Maintain inventory records that are complete, accurate, and audit ready.

Inventory Reporting

- Generate and maintain inventory reports and supporting records.
- Support inventory reconciliation activities and documentation reviews.
- Assist with month-end and year-end inventory verification activities.
- Maintain inventory-related documentation, logs, and records.

Packaging Components & Consumables Inventory Control

- Maintain accurate inventory records for packaging components, consumables, and operational supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate inventory risks, discrepancies, or potential shortages to the appropriate departments.
- Support inventory counts, reconciliations, and investigations involving packaging components and consumables.
- Ensure inventory transactions involving packaging components and consumables are accurately recorded and traceable.

Regulatory & Compliance Support

- Support CTLS inventory reporting and B300 reporting activities in coordination with Quality Assurance and Compliance teams.
- Assist with verification of inventory information used for regulatory reporting submissions.
- Support audits, inspections, and inventory investigations when required.
- Follow company procedures, Positive Production Practices (GPP), and applicable regulatory requirements.

Continuous Improvement

- Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, reporting, and inventory control processes.
- Support implementation of inventory process improvements and system enhancements.
- Promote accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement across inventory-related activities.

Other Duties

- Perform additional inventory and reporting-related duties as assigned.
- Support reliable CTLS and B300 inventory reporting.
- Serve as a trusted resource for inventory control, inventory reconciliation, and inventory reporting activities.

Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma,



Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, Logistics, Manufacturing, or a related environment.
- Experience with inventory transactions, inventory reconciliations, cycle counts, inventory investigations, or inventory reporting is preferred.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems is required.
- Experience with Elevated Signals or similar ERP, inventory management, warehouse management, or manufacturing systems is strongly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in cannabis, pharmaceutical, food, manufacturing, or other regulated industries is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with CTLS reporting and cannabis inventory controls is considered an asset.

What Success Looks Like The successful Inventory Associate will:

- Maintain a high level of inventory accuracy across all inventory categories.
- Ensure inventory discrepancies are identified and addressed promptly.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready inventory records.
- Maintain visibility of hold, quarantine, returned, and aged inventory and proactively support timely disposition decisions.

- Ability to work on-site in Aylmer, Ontario, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
