As a 4th Class Building Operator, you’ll engage in a variety of maintenance tasks, ensuring buildings meet safety standards.

Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of experience, alongside a 4th Class Power Engineer Certification. You will be part of a dedicated team operating across diverse locations, addressing both routine and emergency maintenance needs. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform quality repairs and maintenance on systems
- Participate in troubleshooting and repairs with diligence
- Maintain equipment logs and records as needed
- Conduct inspections for compliance and safety
- Proactively address maintenance issues as they arise Requirements:
- 4th Class Power Engineer Certification required
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
- Class 5 Driver’s License with clean record
- Must explicit a Drug & Alcohol Test
