- Guide and assess the care provided by PSWs
- Oversee the administration of medications to residents
- Develop and adjust individualized care plans
- Conduct health checks and report findings
- Liaise with family members and external agencies Requirements:
- Registered Practical Nurse certification in Ontario
- Preferred experience in retirement or long-term care
- Robust communication and leadership abilities
- Capability to assist in lifting and transferring residents
