Position Description The Junior Graphic Designer supports the Marketing team in the development and execution of creative materials across digital, print, social media, presentations, video, events, and other marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working across multiple types of projects and platforms.

- Create and adapt marketing materials while maintaining consistency with Artitalia Group’s brand standards.
- Assist with the development of creative concepts for marketing campaigns, corporate initiatives, trade shows, events, and other promotional activities.
- Design print and digital materials including brochures, catalogues, advertisements, invitations, signage, business cards, internal communications, and other marketing collateral.
- Create layouts and graphics for corporate and client-facing presentations.
- Develop mood boards, concept boards, visual references, and other materials to support creative development.
- Prepare artwork and files for print and digital production.
- Format technical drawings, product information, photography,



and other content for use in marketing materials.

- Assist in the creation and execution of social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.

- Support photography and video content creation, including basic photo editing, retouching, and image preparation.

- Assist in developing creative concepts and visual materials for trade shows, conferences, corporate events, and client initiatives.
- Create booth graphics, invitations, signage, promotional materials, presentations, and digital assets as required.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and events.
- Research design, marketing, social media, and industry trends to identify new creative ideas and inspiration.
- Support event-related photography, video, and content development when required.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain organized working files, templates, brand assets, and marketing resources.
- Coordinate multiple design requests while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Follow Artitalia Group and departmental policies and procedures.
- Perform other related marketing and graphic design duties as required.

Qualifications

- DEP in graphic design or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of relevant graphic design experience including internship, freelance, agency, or in-house experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating graphic design, digital, print, social media, presentation, and/or video work is required.
- Proactive, innovative, highly creative and willingness to take ownership of project, Bilingual (French &
- English), Experience in a fast-paced workplace, autonomous, organized, meticulous, strong attention to detail, ability to work independently or in a team; stress management
- Professional ethics, teamwork, confidentiality, friendly, positive, and social attitude

Technical Skills

- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:
