About the Role

We're looking for a technically minded, service-driven Junior Technical Support Specialist to support our dealer and contractor network across Midea and Proair HVAC products. This is a hands-on role for someone with 0–2 years of experience who's comfortable troubleshooting systems, managing multiple open cases,



and communicating clearly with contractors in the field.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to dealer and contractor technical inquiries by phone, email.
- Troubleshoot ductless mini-splits, heat pumps, and related systems using error codes, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
- Log, track, and escalate support cases through to resolution, including warranty claims.
- Build and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and dealer portal knowledge-base content.
- Support dealer training sessions, product launches, and trade show activities.
- Flag recurring field issues and product feedback to internal product and procurement teams.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or technical support.
- Proven experience as an HVAC/R Technician or mechanic with a solid understanding of HVAC systems and refrigeration technology
