Your role involves fostering independence through life skills training and connecting individuals to community resources. You'll ensure a safe living space while assisting with recreational activities and crisis intervention. Key Responsibilities:
- Offer person-centered support and guidance
- Conduct safety and crisis response measures
- Perform housekeeping to maintain site condition
- Assist residents in transportation and community access
- Document incidents and participant development thoroughly Requirements:
- Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent education
- Experience in a similar supportive environment is advantageous
- Training in First Aid and CPR considered an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills to connect with participants
