Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lab Chemist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the quality and development of our chemical products through rigorous testing, research, and process improvement. Your expertise will support product innovation and uphold the highest standards of laboratory excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive quality control tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Assist in product development initiatives by performing experiments and analyzing results to optimize formulations.
- Support research activities aimed at improving existing products or creating new chemical solutions.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records, documentation, and reports for all testing procedures and results.




- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements.
- Ensure laboratory safety protocols are followed diligently at all times.
- Stay current with industry standards and advancements in chemical research to enhance laboratory practices.

Requirements

- Proven laboratory experience within a chemical manufacturing or related environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and product development methodologies.
- Experience conducting research experiments and analyzing data effectively.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
