We are seeking a skilled and professional Laser Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional laser treatment services in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, attention to sanitation, and the ability to perform precise laser procedures.
The Laser Technician will also support retail sales and contribute to the overall client experience, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and safety.

Duties
- Perform laser treatments with precision, adhering to safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines
- Consult with clients to determine appropriate treatment plans and address any questions or concerns
- Maintain a sanitized treatment area, following strict sanitation standards and infection control procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring client comfort throughout procedures
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and product recommendations to enhance results
- Support retail sales by recommending skincare products and treatments that meet client needs
- Assist in maintaining equipment functionality through routine checks and troubleshooting as needed
- Keep detailed records of treatments performed, client progress, and follow-up appointments
Experience
- Valid certification or license in laser technology (state-specific, if applicable).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a laser technician in a spa or medical setting.
- Strong knowledge of skin types, laser safety protocols, and client care.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Preferred
- Experience with InMode Diolaze XL
- Aesthetician license or additional certifications in skincare.
