Lead UX/UI Designer Reports to: Creatif Director Permanent – Full time What you will do - Establish, maintain, and communicate the UI direction for the project to ensure that the UI/UX team executes this vision as faithfully as possible; - Collaborate with artists and programmers to ensure the best visual quality possible while respecting the game's technical constraints; - Support, inspire, and coach artists while providing them with clear, well-thought-out direction and feedback on their work; - Participate in defining and prioritizing artistic milestones and define the UI team's workload; - Follow up with the UI team to ensure that each member delivers their tasks on time and with quality; - Maximize working methodology and processes used so that each team member's contribution is optimal. What you bring - College or university degree in graphic design, game art, illustration, or equivalent training; - 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer artist who has already led a team on a small or large project; - Solid foundational knowledge of art, visual communication, and design principles; - Excellent practical artistic skills: from previsualization and concept art to color correction and fine-tuning; - Strong creative mindset for ideation, innovation,



and UX; - Versatility and ease working across a wide range of styles and genres; - Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; - Knowledge of animation, motion graphics, and print design is an asset. Even better if - Positive leader with the ability to express ideas clearly and inspire the team when necessary; - Valuable sense of responsibility, constraints, and production scheduling; - A ability to clearly articulate your vision for artistic direction; - Ability to work as a team member; - Capacity to think both synthetically and analytically.
