Join the compassionate care team at Morgan Creek Seniors Community as a Licensed Practical Nurse on a casual basis. This flexible position prioritizes resident needs and effective health assessments. The casual Licensed Practical Nurse will deliver secure and individualized nursing care, administer treatments, and monitor changes in residents’ health statuses.

You will work collaboratively with fellow healthcare professionals to enhance the comfort and quality of life for residents while maintaining their dignity and privacy. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver direct nursing care according to care plans
- Safely administer medications and treatments
- Document observations and changes in resident health
- Communicate effectively with physicians and families
- Guide and support Health Care Assistants Requirements:
- Active registration with B.C. College of Nurses
- Current CPR certification required
- Completion of an approved LPN program
- Preferred experience in long-term or seniors care
