Realstar is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager for a 2-person on-site team in Kelowna. The role includes four weekdays, every other weekend, and occasional on-call evening shifts, with a provided in office apartment suite as a taxable benefit.

You will handle resident services, leasing support, and basic maintenance while upholding high standards of customer care in a live-in setting. Opportunity for growth and comprehensive training are offered.
