- Coordinate grain schedule and manage the daily, high-volume movement of commodities from field sites, farm storage bins, and seed facilities to grain elevators, processing plants, and commercial end-buyers.
- Oversee daily dispatch, route planning, and turnaround timing for farm trucks, commercial transport haulers, and field support equipment to maximize efficiency.
- Track vehicle maintenance schedules, safety inspections, and repair logs to keep haulage equipment operational and compliant.
- Ensure full compliance with provincial transport regulations, axle weight limits,



commercial trucking safety protocols, and grain handling guidelines.

- Experience: 2–4+ years of experience in agricultural logistics, dispatch, grain elevation, or commercial freight operations.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Prairie grain handling systems, commercial trucking regulations (axle weights, road bans), and shipping documentation requirements.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities, especially under high-pressure, fast-paced harvest conditions.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills for managing driver schedules and coordinating with grain buyers.
- Software Tools: Google Drive, MS Office (Excel), WhatsApp, and digital scale platforms.
- Licensing: Valid Class 5 Driver’s License (Class 1 or 3 is an asset, though not required).
- Education/Background: Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Agribusiness, Business Administration, or equivalent practical agricultural logistics experience.
