We’re seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to support the deployment of next-generation data centre infrastructure across Canada, beginning with a major project in MacKenzie, BC.

The Maintenance Supervisor is a member of the Operations department and provides day-to-day leadership to the Maintenance Technicians. This position ensures the safe operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of critical mechanical systems supporting data center infrastructure. The role is essential to maintaining uptime, reliability, and efficiency of cooling and backup power systems, while adhering to all safety policies and procedures.

Desired Skills, Qualifications and Competencies include:

- 5+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial, heavy equipment, or data center environment, including 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role
- Journeyperson trade certification (Millwright, Industrial Mechanic, Electrician, or HVAC/R)



or equivalent experience is considered an asset
- Working knowledge of cooling systems, backup power generation, and other critical facility infrastructure
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with experience using a maintenance management system and electronic timecards
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with leadership, colleagues, and contractors
- Ability to work in a variety of indoor and outdoor industrial settings; including adverse weather conditions and at heights
- Ability to work in fast paced environments with shifting priorities.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Other Key Requirements:

- A clear Criminal Record Check is required
- A valid driver’s licence in good standing is required
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of site maintenance technicians including scheduling, task assignment, performance feedback, and development.
- Plan, prioritize, and assign daily maintenance work, balancing preventative maintenance, corrective repairs, and project support.
- Develop and implement short- and long-term maintenance programs, standards, and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Oversee the inspection, diagnosis, and repair of critical mechanical systems, including rooftop exhaust, cooling,



and backup power equipment.
- Ensure all work is conducted in a safe and efficient manner according to guidelines and regulations; lead toolbox talks, job hazard assessments, and incident investigations.
- Manage spare parts inventory, consumables, and tooling, and coordinate vendors and contractors performing on-site or warranty work.
- Track and report on maintenance performance measures such as uptime, work order completion, and preventative maintenance compliance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment history, and documentation.
- Support commissioning, turnover, and integration of new equipment and site expansion projects.
- Coordinate with Operations leadership on outage planning, escalations, and after-hours response.
- Participate in the hiring, onboarding, and training of new maintenance technicians.
