Role Description This is a part-time, hybrid Marketing Associate role based in Mississauga, ON.

The Marketing

Associate will support daily marketing activities, including promoting services to local residents and businesses and helping manage social media content, campaigns, and engagement.

Responsibilities include assisting with basic market research, gathering customer feedback, and identifying local outreach opportunities. The role also involves supporting simple sales initiatives, such as responding to inquiries, sharing service information, and helping coordinate promotional materials.

The Marketing





Associate may collaborate with the student-run team on small projects, events, and community outreach to increase brand visibility and customer retention.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for customer interaction, social media messaging, and team collaboration.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to gather and interpret local customer and community insights.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to support service promotion, respond to inquiries, and assist in closing new customers.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to help plan and execute basic campaigns, social media posts, and local outreach activities.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to organize tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate small marketing initiatives.
- Interest in landscaping or local services, and willingness to learn in a student-run environment.
