Position Objective:

Marketing Specialist will be responsible for building up the CEO's Personal Brand and coordinating with internal departments and external partners, vendors/agencies, to deploy campaigns, projects, and any improvements for better performance that align with the company's KPI. This position is highly involved in coordinating working processes between staff across the marketing department.

Responsibilities:

- Produce marketing materials including but not limited to brochures, flyers, direct mail, advertisements, newsletters, invitations, banners, proposals and presentations.
- In collaboration with the Marketing Team, plan the social content calendar on an ongoing basis, delegate tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
- Create and control social media channels (Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok) for communication and public relations updates.
- Assist in video recording and collaborate with video editor to produce high-quality content
- Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement
- CRM management duties
- Support answering customers' inquiries on Facebook, Tiktok, and hotline.
- Event planning,



execution and evaluation
- Maintain Yes Study Education Group’s presence in different groups.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Requirement:

- Minimum Degree: Diploma/Degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related fields.
- Ability to work full time (40 hours/week) in Canada
- At least 1 year of experience in the same position
- Languague requirement: English (fluent), Vietnamese (native)
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Able to prioritize tasks in order to meet established and arising deadlines
- Strong team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Self-motivation, flexibility, and ability to adapt;
- Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms
- Ability to use Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop is an asset
