Role Description The Medical Director at Navio will provide clinical leadership and oversight for the platform’s medical and behavioral guidance, ensuring content is accurate, evidence-based, and aligned with best practices in pediatric and adolescent care. In this contract, remote role, the Medical Director will review and approve medical and behavioral content, collaborate with cross-functional teams (including product, content, and research), and help define clinical standards and protocols. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising on case frameworks, consulting on complex user scenarios,



and guiding clinical risk management and escalation pathways.

The Medical

Director will also contribute to the development of partnerships with physicians and medical organizations, support ongoing quality improvement, and participate in periodic strategy and advisory meetings to shape the platform’s evolution.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Medicine, with clinical experience relevant to children and adolescents.
- Expertise in Psychology/Neuropsychology as applicable to pediatric or adolescent populations.
- Demonstrated experience working with physicians, multidisciplinary clinical teams, or healthcare organizations.
- Current medical license (or equivalent) in positive standing; board certification in a relevant specialty is an asset.
- Experience in digital health, telehealth, or health technology platforms is highly beneficial.
- Ability to communicate complex medical concepts clearly and accessibly to non-clinical audiences.
- Comfort working in a remote, contract-based setting, with strong organizational and collaboration skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an advantage.
