True North Sports + Entertainment is looking for an individual with a customer-first mindset and a genuine passion for helping people to join our team as a Membership Services Coordinator.

The Membership Services Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support with Winnipeg Jets and/or Manitoba Moose stakeholders to ensure the retention and growth of revenue.

What to be excited for in this role:

- Primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service and support to Winnipeg Jets and/or Manitoba Moose stakeholders.
- Assist with a variety of account administration including but not limited to ticket management, technical support, and general customer service inquiries.
- Provide customer support for Winnipeg Jets and/or Manitoba Moose consumer ticket offers.
- Support the Membership Services team to build meaningful and cooperative relationships with stakeholders.
- Ensure all customer and prospect information is captured in the CRM system and maintain accurate records in the database.
- Undertake other duties as required that are consistent with the responsibilities of the role and the needs of the organization.

What we need from you:

- Previous successful experience in sales and/or customer service role.
- Post Secondary education in business, marketing, or related field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong understanding of customer service.
- Deliver results and exceed expectations while working collaboratively with others.




- Results driven with the ability to set goals and deliver on priorities.
- Superior attention to detail and excellent personal organization.
- Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Applications.
- Proactive in anticipating problems and/or issues and providing exceptional customer experience solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to successfully communicate with Winnipeg Jets and/or Manitoba Moose stakeholders.
- Flexible working evenings/weekends on an as needed basis.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm, professional, and approachable in challenging or high-pressure situations.
