Engage with individuals in our Mental Health+ program and Employee Assistance Program. In this temporary role, you will be under the guidance of Sarine Moumdjian, Manager of Member Services.

Your key focus will be guiding patients throughout their journey, checking in on their progress, and collaborating with healthcare professionals. You are the pivotal factor in ensuring patient safety and care quality. Key Responsibilities:

- Guide new patients through their health and wellness journey
- Follow up and manage active patient cases diligently
- Analyze and present the best solutions to issues
- Maintain a strong focus on patient safety
- Assist healthcare providers in their roles Requirements:
- Passionate about mental health and enhancing care quality
- Minimum availability of 21 hours, including evenings
- Solid empathy, critical thinking, and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology or mental health field
