We are currently hiring an experienced Reach Forklift Operator / Warehouse Assembler for an afternoon-shift opportunity in Calgary.

The successful candidate will be responsible for order picking Shell products using a voice-pick headset, operating a Reach Forklift, and supporting general warehouse operations. This is a physically active position involving repetitive lifting of products up to 50 lbs, primarily from floor to shoulder height.

This is a temp-to-permanent opportunity with opportunities for growth for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a Reach Forklift and other material-handling equipment

Pick and assemble orders using a voice-collect/headset system

Pick, move and stage pallets and products throughout the warehouse

Perform receiving, shipping, inventory control and cycle counts





Maintain accuracy and productivity targets

Follow all company SOPs and workplace safety procedures

Complete required equipment and safety checks

Keep work areas clean, organized and safe

Repetitively lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs

Follow all Occupational Health & Safety requirements

Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous Reach Forklift experience is required

Warehouse and order-picking experience is an asset

Experience using RF scanners, voice-pick/Vo collect systems is an asset

Ability to safely and repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable attendance and a solid work ethic

Commitment to workplace safety
