Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Process Engineering • Minimum 15 years of municipal project experience • P.Eng. certification with Engineers and Geoscientists BC • Extensive knowledge of regulatory and design standards • Strong relationship-building capabilities in municipal sectors
