Supervisor, you will oversee the maintenance of properties, organizing staff and contractors under Board guidelines. Your leadership will entail ensuring equipment meets regulatory standards while participating in the hiring and training of maintenance personnel. A strong customer service orientation and adherence to health regulations will aid in fulfilling the Board's mission. Key Responsibilities:

- Investigate and process maintenance work order requests
- Coordinate compliance with fire codes and by-laws
- Evaluate potential contractors during RFPs
- Guide on school enhancement specifications
- Conduct regular audits and emergency responses Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Engineering Technology
- 4–5 years of maintenance experience desired
- Ontario driver’s license required
