About the Chance

We are seeking experienced Machine Learning Engineers to contribute to a project focused on developing, evaluating, and improving next-generation AI systems. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in machine learning, data analysis, and model development to help create high-quality training data and improve the performance of advanced AI models.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience building machine learning solutions, working with large datasets, and deploying scalable ML workflows. You will work on real-world machine learning challenges involving model training, evaluation, experimentation, and data-driven problem-solving.

The work is fully remote, adaptable, and centered on practical machine learning applications. No prior AI training or evaluation experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and refine machine learning models using Python and relevant ML frameworks.
- Analyze large datasets and utilize MongoDB for efficient data storage, retrieval, and management.
- Build and optimize data pipelines, preprocessing workflows, and feature engineering processes.
- Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics, benchmarking techniques, and validation methodologies.
- Conduct hyperparameter tuning and experimentation to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with project contributors to identify opportunities for model enhancement and implementation.
- Document methodologies, experiments, results, and technical decisions to ensure reproducibility.




- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations based on machine learning outcomes and data analysis.
- Support workflow improvements across training, evaluation, and inference processes.

Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience building and training machine learning models.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, model evaluation, and statistical analysis.
- Experience working with large datasets and data preprocessing workflows.
- Knowledge of feature engineering, model validation, and performance optimization techniques.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written communication and technical documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace.

Preferred Qualifications
- Deep familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB for data manipulation, storage, and retrieval.
- Experience deploying or operationalizing machine learning models in production environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, MLOps workflows, and scalable ML infrastructure.
- Experience building automated data pipelines and machine learning workflows.
- Strong understanding of experimentation, benchmarking, and model performance analysis.
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving project requirements and collaborate effectively in remote teams.
