The Practice Director is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of all projects within the practice and territory, ensuring the highest value is delivered to clients. This includes coordinating system implementation activities, optimizing resources (architects and analysts), and ensuring profitability. The Director works closely with implementation teams to ensure the most productive solution is implemented.

Management & Leadership

- Actively contribute to the company’s management committee, supporting strategic decision-making.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment, motivating the team to achieve objectives.
- Facilitates the self-organization of teams and individual accountability to optimize remote work, retention, and talent engagement.
- Strengthens alignment of team objectives with those of the company by managing individual goals and overall department management.
- Manages, maintains, and participates in a continuous improvement program within the department, with the goal of creating value for the teams, the department, and the company.
- Creates, manages, and maintains performance indicators on the achievement of financial and operational objectives within the department.
- Act as an escalation point for complex client issues or project challenges.

Project Operations & Execution

- Participate in the planning and implementation of all projects in the designated territory, ensuring effective use of architects, analysts, and tools.
- Optimize the use of resources (Architects and Analysts) across all projects, maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Provide guidance to project teams on best practices, risk mitigation, and solution design.
- Monitor customer satisfaction during the project implementation, ensuring that expectations are met or exceeded.
- Actively engage in weekly project review calls, addressing any issues related to timelines, budgets,



or client expectations, but only when invited by the project manager for assistance.
- Monitor the work carried out by architects and analysts and plan actions to correct the course if necessary
- Demonstrate strong business acumen to identify delivery issues such as delays, lack of involvement, or other obstacles that could slow project execution, and recommend action plans to Project Manager to resolve these issues.
- Reinforce N'ware methodology and ensure compliance across all project phases.

Architecture & Technical Direction

- Participate in the early phases of project architecture, providing direction on critical business processes and aligning with client goals.
- Involve in product selection during the architecture phase, identify the pros and cons of the products.
- Occasionally serve as the strategic project architect for larger clients with unique requirements.
- Review architecture for consistency, optimizing value while ensuring standardization across projects.
- Validate project architecture against contracts to ensure alignment with time, budget, and client expectations.
- Review architecture before the final presentation to the client, making sure we cover the customer needs while respecting the best practice of the market.

Financial Oversight

- Collaborate with accounting and project managers to resolve any accounts receivable issues promptly.
- Review project budgets, ensuring that any changes are documented and approved through formal change requests,



but only in cases of escalation or when the project manager requires assistance.
- Manages and approves expense accounts, timesheets, vacations, travel, etc.
- Identify opportunities to expand service offerings or improve operational efficiency.

Communication & Client Relations

- Maintain open, frequent communication between team members, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Participate in strategic reviews with key clients to assess satisfaction and uncover new opportunities for collaboration.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between N'ware management and client high management, ensuring clear, timely updates.

Training & Development

- Organize ongoing coaching for architects and analysts, improving their product knowledge, consulting techniques, and adherence to N'ware methodologies.
- Ensure that learning and development opportunities are available for both new and existing staff.
- Oversee the onboarding and training processes for new team members. Involve in the mentoring process and validation of the technical knowledge.
- Propose and authorize training programs to enhance team skills.

Human Resource Management

- Assess current and future staffing needs based on project demands and sales forecasts.
- Conduct annual performance evaluations for architects and analysts, providing feedback and setting goals for continuous improvement.
- Support team members in achieving their career goals, fostering a culture of growth and development.
- Take appropriate disciplinary actions, as necessary, and recommend terminations when appropriate.
- Prepare and lead periodic staff meetings to disseminate relevant information from the sector, ensuring team members are aligned on updates, goals, and expectations.
- Maintain a positive work climate, ensuring that team morale remains high and productivity is maximized.
