This part-time role focuses on offering community-driven mental health interventions to individuals aged 13 and older.

Society’s Crisis Response Community Led team, you’ll respond to emergencies and collaborate with community partners to implement holistic and culturally protected support strategies. Your experience with crisis de-escalation and mental health assessments will be critical in making a positive impact in people’s lives. Key Responsibilities:

- Handle emergency crisis calls and assessments
- Work closely with community service providers




- Develop actionable service plans for clients
- Conduct suicide risk assessments and interventions
- Keep thorough and timely clinical records Requirements:
- Master’s or relevant Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Four years of hands-on community mental health practice
- Understanding of trauma-informed and anti-oppressive practices
- Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certifications
- Class 5 driver’s license required Help create meaningful support systems for those in mental health crises within the community.
