MakeWay is hiring a Northern Region Senior Specialist for People, Engagement, and Learning. Drive initiatives that prioritize equity, justice, and inclusion for diverse communities. In this role at MakeWay, you will be the primary contact for the People, Engagement, and Learning aspects of Northern Shared Platform projects.

Your expertise in employee relations will guide resolution approaches that reflect the values of justice and diversity. Collaborating with the Northern Program team, you will provide essential support tailored to Northern project needs. Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary PEL contact for Northern projects
- Guide employee relations with justice-driven strategies
- Collaborate with the Northern Program team for seamless support
