We are seeking a Technical Support Analyst to focus on operational reliability in a hybrid setup within the Greater Toronto Area. The salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $105,000. This role requires you to maintain the operational readiness of technology services that are critical for business.

You will be responsible for monitoring production services, leading incident response efforts, and enhancing business continuity and access management procedures. Your knowledge of IT service management will enhance operational governance significantly. Key Responsibilities:

- Own the operational reliability of cloud and on-premise services
- Continuously monitor and evaluate service availability
- Lead incident response initiatives to mitigate risks




- Develop and reinforce business continuity practices
- Enhance performance governance and vendor management Requirements:
- Robust ITIL background and service management experience
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms, particularly ServiceNow
- Knowledge of Disaster Recovery planning
- Experience with Identity and Access Management practices
