Key Responsibilities

Support the Shift Leader and Production Unit Manager in the effective management of the Finishing and Packing area

Lead and coordinate the packing team to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely packing operations

Monitor packing processes to ensure products are packed accurately and in line with required quality and productivity standards

Coordinate workflow and ensure packing materials and stock are available as required

Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate stock management within the packing area

Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to minimise delays and maintain workflow

Ensure all team members follow company procedures, health and safety requirements, and operational standards

Support the achievement of daily production and packing targetsMaintain a positive team environment, promoting teamwork, accountability, and effective communication





Candidate Requirements – Essential

Solid organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced packing environment

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lead and manage a team effectively

Ability to follow procedures and consistently meet productivity and accuracy standards

Good attendance, reliability, and a strong work ethic

Candidate Requirements – Desirable

Previous experience in packing or production processes

Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role

Experience working in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment

Experience with stock management and inventory control

Familiarity with continuous improvement and maintaining operational efficiency
