You'll work directly with individuals and families to facilitate treatment plans and ensure a supportive environment. This position combines nursing expertise with compassion and aims to assist seniors in their community. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform specialized mental health assessments for seniors
- Establish and negotiate treatment options with clients
- Monitor clients to prevent hospital admissions
- Provide consultations to clinical teams and agencies
- Conduct follow-ups for community reintegration Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited Psychiatric nursing program
- Registered or eligible with CRPNA
- 3 years’ mental health experience needed
- At least 2 years with senior populations
