Position Details:

Position Status: Full-time, Fixed 1-Year Contract

Reports To: Director, Organizational Performance

Salary Range: $71,612–$80,037

Location: Ottawa, ON, with an expectation to work in the office 8 days per month in accordance with our Flexible Work Policy

In this role, you will:

- Support the design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation tools, systems, indicators, and processes that strengthen organizational effectiveness and accountability.
- Plan, administer, and analyze surveys related to MHCC knowledge products, events, presentations,



and activities to assess uptake, outcomes, and impact.
- Support data collection, analysis, and evidence-based reporting for senior management, the Board of Directors, Health Canada, and other key interest holders.
- Support baseline studies and mid-term and final evaluations, while maintaining data quality in Salesforce and other data collection activities.
- Monitor funder requirements and lead the development of Health Canada reports using current logic models, indicators, and evaluation practices.
- Collaborate with program teams to develop project-specific evaluation frameworks, build monitoring and evaluation capacity, and share lessons learned across the organization.

Required Education and Experience

- Post-secondary education in a related field or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- Three to five years of experience in design and monitoring and evaluation methodologies, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- At least two years of field-based data collection and analysis experience.
- Demonstrated ability to advise project teams on monitoring and evaluation design and methodologies and to coordinate evaluations, including developing terms of reference.
- Ability to write, edit, and present clear, concise, evidence-based reports in English for senior leaders and external stakeholders, with experience using artificial intelligence tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, survey tools such as Alchemer, and Salesforce.

- Can work independently and collaboratively while managing competing priorities and deadlines in a changing environment.
- Communicate clearly in English; the ability to write and edit reports and other materials in French is a robust asset.
- Have knowledge of mental health, Health Canada reporting processes, performance measurement, or evaluation practices.
