We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Pest Control Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting residential and commercial properties, identifying pest activity, performing effective pest control treatments, and providing customers with professional advice on preventing future infestations.

Previous pest control experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate and provide all the equipment and resources necessary to perform the job successfully.

Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties for signs of pest activity.
- Identify pest species and determine the appropriate treatment methods.
- Perform pest control treatments in accordance with label requirements, safety regulations, and company procedures.
- Apply pesticides and other pest management products safely and effectively.
- Set and monitor traps, bait stations, and other pest control devices.
- Identify potential pest entry points and provide recommendations for exclusion and prevention.
- Communicate professionally with customers and explain treatment procedures and preventative measures.
- Complete service reports, inspection reports, and other required documentation accurately.
- Maintain pest control equipment, vehicle, and supplies in clean and working condition.
- Follow all applicable safety procedures and provincial regulations.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service at every appointment.





Experience & Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of pest control experience is preferred, but not required.
- We will provide training to candidates who are new to the pest control industry.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
- Valid driver’s licence and a good driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily service appointments.
- Comfortable working in different environments, including residential, commercial, and outdoor areas.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures and pesticide label requirements.
