- Assess and enhance patient pharmacotherapy outcomes
- Ensure protected drug distribution and procurement management
- Mentor new hires and support continuous education
- Engage in development and review of pharmacy initiatives
- Liaise with patients and healthcare teams for effective care Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Pharmacy program required
- Registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists is necessary
- Hospital pharmacy experience preferred but not mandatory
- Outstanding verbal and written communication required
