Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Pharmacy Site Operations Manager in all pharmacy operations • Implement and manage pharmacy inventory initiatives • Provide direct supervision to pharmacy staff • Maintain and update Policies and Procedures effectively • Guide procurement processes to maximize efficiency
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution • Registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists required • 4-5 years of leadership experience in pharmacy settings • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Familiarity with accounting processes and W.H.M.I.S requirements
