Role Description The Pharmacy Manager is a full-time, in office role located in Cambridge, ON, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy. This position manages pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant dispensing of prescriptions.

The Pharmacy

Manager provides clinical guidance, oversees immunization services, and supports medication therapy management to optimize patient outcomes. Day-to-day tasks include supervising workflow, maintaining regulatory and company standards, handling inventory and narcotic controls, and ensuring accurate documentation.



The role also involves delivering excellent customer service, coaching and mentoring team members, and collaborating with store leadership to support overall business performance.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to lead and support Pharmacy Technicians, including task delegation and performance guidance.
- Strong knowledge of Pharmacy and Pharmacy Practice, with a focus on regulatory compliance, patient safety, and clinical standards.
- Proficiency in managing Prescription services, including verification, dispensing, counseling, and documentation.
- Experience providing Immunization services, including adherence to provincial guidelines and best practices in vaccine administration.
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
- Proven leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills in a retail or clinical pharmacy environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, prioritize tasks, and maintain high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Commitment to inclusive, respectful patient care and the ability to serve diverse communities.
- Previous management or supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting is an asset.
