We are looking for an experienced and reliable Plumbing Journeyman or Foreman to join our team on a long-term basis. The ideal candidate is a skilled plumber with 10+ years of experience who is confident leading crews, coordinating multiple projects, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

- Oversee and coordinate plumbing work on multiple jobs simultaneously
- Lead and supervise plumbing crews on site
- Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications
- Coordinate with general contractors, site supervisors, and other trades
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and work is completed efficiently
- Monitor materials, tools, and equipment and communicate when additional supplies are required
- Troubleshoot and resolve job-site issues as they arise
- Ensure work is completed in accordance with the Ontario Plumbing Code and applicable safety requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate project progress, concerns, and requirements to management
- Help coordinate manpower and prioritize tasks across multiple projects

Qualifications & Skills

- 10+ years of plumbing experience
- Current member in good standing with Plumbers Union UA Local 67 - required (Union rates will apply)
- Previous experience as a Plumbing Foreman or Lead Hand




- Proficiency in Hydronic Heating is an asset
- Gas fitters license is an asset
- Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial plumbing systems
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple jobs and priorities at once
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
- Takes pride in quality workmanship
- Professional and respectful when dealing with clients, contractors, and coworkers
- Able to work independently while also being a strong team player
- Safety-minded and committed to following proper procedures
- Valid driver's license
