We are seeking a Post-Payment Verification Analyst (Processing Center Advisor) to support the accuracy, accountability, and compliance of government-funded child care programs.

Review funding claims, supporting documentation, financial records, and program information for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

Analyze financial and operational data to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, overpayments, adjustments, and recoveries.

Interpret and apply policies, procedures, legislation, guidelines, funding agreements, and program requirements.

Perform compliance reviews, quality assurance, monitoring, verification, and risk-based assessment activities.

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook, including formulas, sorting,



and filtering large datasets, is required.

Experience with accurate data processing/data entry, business writing, documentation, and stakeholder communication is essential.

Candidates should have experience working in government or a highly regulated workplace with complex policy and governance requirements.

Experience with financial reporting, case management systems, databases, records management, or Alberta childcare grant funding is an asset.

Location: Edmonton, AB | Primarily Remote with up to 10% onsite
