As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy, development, and success of our product(s). You will work closely with cross-functional teams including resident care, property operations, accounting, technology teams, and external vendors, to prioritize product features and capabilities, develop use-cases for product enhancement and configuration, and capture AI opportunities that create better experiences for residents, associates, and clients.

Duties and Responsibilities - Define and own the resident care product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders and resident care teams.





- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Conductongoingproductdiscoverythroughuserinterviews,surveys,andanalytics;activelyengagewithstakeholders.
- Work closely with design and technology teams to develop AI workflows, product enhancements, and platform configurations.
- Lead prototype testing with the end users using various methodologies such as A/B testing, prototype walkthroughs and other methods.
- Representcustomerneedsandchallengesduringthedevelopmentprocess - Manage and prioritize the product backlog by collaborating with business and technology teams to identify epics and features.
- Communicateandarticulateproductvisiontostakeholdersandinternalteams.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product features and initiatives.
- Communicate product updates, roadmap changes, and key milestones to internal teams, stakeholders and customers.
- Collaboratewithbusiness transformation team, marketing, and field teams to develop go-to-market and launch strategies.
- Ensure theproductsandfeatureseffectivelysolvecustomerproblemsand deliver value to end users.




- Drive continuousimprovementthroughiterationandexperimentation,usingdata-driveninsightstooptimizeproductperformance.
- Stay informed about AI, industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs to inform future product development efforts.
- Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity, innovation and continuous improvement.

Education and Experience - Bachelor'sdegreeincomputerscience,Engineering,Business,orrelatedfield.

- MBAoradvanceddegreeisaplus.
- 3years’experienceasaProductManagerorsimilarrole,preferablyinstrata management, real estate, or SaaS industries.
- Experience with implementing AI and CX automation in the strata management / real estate industry.
- Experience with Yardi platform is a plus.
- Strongunderstandingofproductmanagementprinciplesandpractices,withexperienceinAgiledevelopmentmethodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven decisions.
- Strongcommunicationandinterpersonalskills,withtheabilitytoeffectivelycollaboratewithcross- functionalteamsandinfluencestakeholders. Effectivedecision-makingabilitiesinstrategyandcustomerconsiderations.
- ExperiencewithproductmanagementtoolssuchasAzure/DevOps,Jira,orsimilar.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
