#BEV123 Job Role: Product Operations Specialist (Power BI/JIRA exp) Location : Toronto, ON/Hybrid Position Type : Contract Role Contract Term: 9 months 4 days per week Ideal Candidate Rate: CAD 60-65/Hr (Depending on the experience) Must Have:

4+ years of experience in

Product Operations, Agile Delivery, Scrum Master, Delivery Coordination , Project or Program Coordination, or a related technology delivery role.

Strong Jira experience , including dashboards, reporting, board configuration, workflows, automation, roadmaps, and dependency tracking.

Strong Power BI experience , including dashboard development, data visualization, operational reporting, and KPI reporting.

Demonstrated experience supporting Agile software delivery teams and independently coordinating work across multiple stakeholders.

Practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, backlog management , release readiness, and contemporary technology delivery practices.

Experience developing and maintaining delivery metrics, scorecards, reports, and executive-ready materials.

Sufficient technical understanding to engage effectively with engineers, architects, data teams, and technology leaders and to connect delivery impacts across systems and workstreams.

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant bachelor's degree, college diploma, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent Agile certification.

Experience in financial services, investment management,



capital markets , or an enterprise technology environment.

Experience supporting cloud migration, modernization, or other complex technology change initiatives.

Experience with Azure, Confluence, Microsoft Excel , and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement experience.
