Role Description The Production Team Member is a full-time, hybrid role based in Brockville, ON, with some work-from-home flexibility depending on operational needs. In this role, the team member supports day-to-day production activities, including assembling components, operating equipment, and following standardized work instructions to meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets.

Responsibilities include monitoring production workflows, reporting issues, and collaborating with supervisors and peers to maintain smooth operations on the manufacturing floor.



The role involves performing basic quality checks, documenting work, and participating in continuous improvement and training initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and Production Management to help coordinate workflows and meet output targets.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional partners.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to perform inspections, follow standards, and ensure products meet specifications.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to learn recent processes quickly and support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Ability to follow standardized work instructions, maintain attention to detail, and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
- Comfort with basic tools, machinery, and production documentation; prior experience in manufacturing or assembly is an asset.
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage time and tasks in both on-site and hybrid work settings.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training in manufacturing or related fields is beneficial.
