Resource and team coordination
- Coordinate project onboarding and offboarding activities, system access, project orientation, and repository access for Alithya, client, and partner resources;
- Identify resource conflicts, coverage gaps, or competing assignments, and support resource tracking activities required for forecasting and reporting.

Financial, scope, and change control support

- Support the Project Manager with project financial reporting;
- Maintain change request documentation and assist with financial reviews, steering committee reporting, and project forecasting activities.
