As a key member of the Lexus of Calgary team and reporting directly to the Pre-Owned Manager, the Purchasing Advisor plays an important role in connecting our Service and Sales Departments. This position focuses on proactively engaging with service guests, identifying vehicle appraisal and trade-in opportunities, and creating qualified sales opportunities for the Sales Team.

Lexus of Calgary is seeking our next great team member to join our team as a full-time Purchasing Advisor at our Calgary location.

Major Responsibilities:

- Contact service guests the day before their scheduled service appointment to offer a vehicle appraisal.
- Create vehicle appraisals and book qualified appointments for the Sales Team.
- Work closely with the Pre-Owned Manager and General Sales Manager on appraisal opportunities and customer follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appraisals, and appointments in the dealership CRM.
- Provide a professional and seamless customer experience when transitioning service guests to the Sales Team.

Qualifications:

- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with multiple dealership departments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate CRM records.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Compensation:

- Base salary of $3,500 per month




- $250 incentive for each qualified buy-in/appraisal appointment

Schedule:

- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
