In accordance with the established mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health, and under the general supervision of Manager or designate, and working collaboratively and in partnership with the multidisciplinary care team and partners, and reporting to the Program Lead – Specialized Services, the Nurse engages in the provision of wholistic, person-centered and recovery-oriented care and practices in accordance with the standards of skilled practice and code of ethics as outlined by the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM). The Nurse through assessment and monitoring, provides service to clients in their homes, communities and/or clinics, in partnership with the individual/family and care team, and develops a plan of personal care and intervention to assist the individual in managing the medical symptoms of substance use withdrawal and/or stabilization

Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Days, 07:00 to 19:00 (rotating)
