About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Remote HR Generalist to join their People Operations team. This role is designed for a proactive individual who can manage a broad range of HR functions in a fully remote setting. You will be instrumental in supporting employees, implementing HR initiatives, and ensuring smooth operational processes. Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive HR support to employees across various departments, addressing queries and concerns.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for remote employees, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, and support payroll functions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support talent acquisition efforts by assisting with candidate sourcing and interview coordination.




- Maintain employee data within the HRIS and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in a generalist HR role, with a strong preference for remote work experience.
- Solid understanding of core HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, and benefits.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and standard office productivity tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fully remote environment.
