About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and self-motivated Senior Civil Engineer specializing in infrastructure projects to join their team in a fully remote capacity. This pivotal role involves leading the design, planning, and execution oversight of complex infrastructure developments, working from home while collaborating with project teams across various locations. You will be responsible for ensuring the technical integrity, sustainability, and efficiency of projects, contributing to significant civil engineering advancements. Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of major civil infrastructure projects, including roads, water systems, and public utilities.
- Conduct detailed engineering analysis, calculations, and feasibility studies.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, drawings, and specifications for tender and construction.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams remotely.




- Ensure compliance with all relevant engineering standards, regulations, and environmental requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams using advanced communication technologies.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration with ECSA or equivalent.
- A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure design and project management.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception through to completion remotely.
- Expertise in relevant civil engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bentley, GIS).
- Excellent remote communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are essential.
